I think I am a pretty cool father that is what my daughter tells me. Pictured here is my daughter Stephani on her 21st birthday.  I have been married for 17 years now to the love of my life Nicki. I have a passion for traveling especially cruising. Nicki and I love to be anywhere there is water or ocean.

I have a number of hobbies and passions. Cooking is a big hobby of mine, I have a passion for loud unusual Hawaiian shirts, exotic watches and sport cars. I am a photography nut  and I love all forms of art. You can usually catch me sneaking off to art museums or galleries in my free time.

My background for the last 16 years has been in Real Estate sales where I was fortunate to work with my wife Nicki. We were very successful in that industry. I liked this industry since it gives you real entrepreneurship. We reached a success pinnacle as one of the top 10 Listing Real Estate Agents out of 42,000 agents in our local area. In the last 5 years we averaged over 160 million in listing sales.

A number of years ago I purchased a book Rich Dad Poor Dad by the author Robert Kiyosaki when it was first published. This is where I discovered and became fascinated with the idea of residual income. This concept was pivotal in changing my thinking  about making money. Even though we were considered successful in our business the bottom line is if you don’t sell a house, you don’t get paid, so the idea of re-occurring residual income was very appealing to me.

Robert Kiosaki and Donald Trump’s recently wrote a book together entitled, “Why We Want You To Be Rich”

They State: “We say the middle class is shrinking and America is becoming a two-class society. Soon you will be either rich or poor. People have an entitlement mentality. Too many people assume that the government will take care of them. Our government has gone from the richest country in the world to the biggest debtor nation in history. The solution is personal responsibility and entrepreneurship”.

You could say we had a good life financially, but if you’ve ever known anyone successful in real estate they put in some very long crazy hours, weekends and that is the nature of that business. Eventually I became burned out and was just tired of the grind that seemed to never end. One day I got up out of bed and said it was time for a change, a time to start something with more meaning and purpose in my life. As fate would have it, a friend of mine called me up and introduced me to the Network Marketing industry.

I absolutely fell in love with the concept. I could build a turn-key business from home part time and make as much residual income as I wanted and help others to do the same. The business my friend originally introduced me to was just a starting point. I had some success but like most folks I struggled in this industry for a number of years for different reasons and I was not an over night success. Eventually I was fortunate to surround myself with a few mentors, followed what they did and that is when my business took off. I eventually left my previous business to join my current company which I have been successfully building for over 4 years now.

18 months ago I was able to retire from my multiple six figure a year real estate business thanks to the power of residual income, the network marketing model and plugging into a proven marketing system. Today I share my experience in business and a proven system where I am helping other network marketers succeed.

All I can say is Working from home is awesome and there is nothing like spending  quality time with family, our grand daughter Scarlett, friends and also have the freedom to vacation when you want to.
